Live plants, trees, shrubs, seeds, bulbs, soil, and other perishable products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. Home décor, planters, pottery, tools, and other non-perishable merchandise may be eligible for return in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@rhodesgreenhouses.com with photos of the item(s) and packaging so we can review your claim and work to make it right.
