Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

LIVE GOODS (including plants, seeds, soil, and all perishable items) ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-RETURNABLE.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, with original packaging and any tags intact. Proof of purchase or receipt is required.

In-store returns are accepted for only in-store purchases.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Live plants
  • Seeds
  • Soil and growing media
  • Perishable goods (flowers and all live goods)
  • Custom or special-order products
  • Used or opened candles
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before purchasing or returning.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Self-Service Returns

To request a return:

  1. Click the profile icon in the store navigation or visit the returns page
  2. Log in using your email
  3. Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your email
  4. Select the order and items you wish to return
  5. Choose a return reason and add a note
  6. Submit your return request

If approved, you will receive shipping instructions and a return label (if applicable). Once the item is received, your refund will be processed.
