Order Processing

Orders are processed during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most in-stock items are prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days of order placement. During peak seasons, processing times may be longer.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, weight, and selected shipping method.

Free shipping promotions, when offered, apply only to qualifying orders and are subject to any stated terms and conditions.

Plant Shipping

We take great care in packaging live plants to ensure they arrive healthy and ready to thrive. Because plants are living products, shipping schedules may be adjusted during periods of extreme heat, cold, or severe weather to protect plant health.

Some plant varieties may have shipping restrictions based on state or local agricultural regulations. If a product cannot be shipped to your location, we will contact you before processing the order.

Local Delivery

Local delivery may be available within select service areas. Delivery availability, fees, and schedules will be displayed during checkout when applicable.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive deliveries and that a safe delivery location is accessible.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays due to weather, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for carrier-related delays once an order has been shipped.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your package arrives damaged or if items are missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product(s).

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping charges for reshipment.
