Hosta 'Great Expectations'

This one is a slower grower, but worth the wait! It has thick, puckered leaves with blue-green edges and an ever-changing center. The center starts out chartreuse, turns yellow, then, matures to white. This is a good sized hosta suitable as a focal point.
